it will be hardly noticeable, and no. So I would have to guess that your not pregnant, 99% sure.

A couple of my friends that have babies had their normal period the first few months of pregnancy. A lot of people believe that its not possible, but it most definitly is, and its more common then people think.
As for showing, you wouldn't be able to tell yet. The baby is still really small at 8 weeks. The earlier you'd be able to tell is 11 weeks, and most people don't even show then. A lot of people don't show till the 4th or 5th month of later. Unless its multiples or their second/third pregnancy.
