Pregent with periods

How long can you have periods and be pregnent?
I have heard of women having periods up to six months and be pregnent is this true.

Yes but they are not "periods".

It is usually very light. It is either implantation bleeding or early pregnancy bleeding. There are some rare cases where a woman will have two sets of ovaries, and thus have a period while pregnant.

Bleeding is normally NOT a sign of pregnancy. If you are bleeding while pregnant then you should see your care provider right away!

can I have a period on my secound week of pregency

You can't tell if your period has changed cause it changes every month.

Ever since I had IB the next month for 3 months they went into pattern where as before they were irregular and I do have pregnancy symptoms now and then.
