Depending on your level of current fitness, do some stretching and try either yoga, stretching, or some light form of exercise to start with. It's really hard to give advice on what you should do without knowing your level of fitness, and even then I recommend that you talk to your doctor about how much exercise is safe for you to do.
My best advice is do exercises that you enjoy doing and always listen to your body and see how comfortable you are with whatever you try.
