Normally you would not start getting any symptoms until the fertilized egg implanted itself in your uterus. After this happens you could start having symptoms that kind of feel like you have the flu (morning sickness...which could last all day, dizziness, nauseous). You could also have breast tenderness and mood swings. Normally cravings don't start right away but a sensitivity to smells might. You should not be having any pains in your stomach area, you should also not notice any swelling of your stomach (this does not happen for at least 3 months). After a month or two your nipples should be changing color (darkening and sometimes getting larger) and then you get a brown line that will go from your belly button down to your vagina.
Hope this answered your question.
Good luck
