no it cant, go read up on it, if the guy recently came then yeah sure you could but but if he hasnt then nope sperm would just die in the urethra thats why there is PRE-CUM there is no sperm in it , go read up on it

im sorry that guy that says there is no sperm in pre cum its false, trust me my sister my 2 friends got pregnant like that , so yea YOU CAN, I DID TOO, so yes you can get pregnant, with it so becareful
