Does anybody or has anybody ever had power chains on there braces? How the heck do you make those feel better and how long does it take to adjust them into place man they really hurt! I have tried hot water or hot drinks on them do you think ori gel would work or like something else? Do teething rings really help? Is there something I could stick in my power chains? It hurts so bad!!

Ok I know what your talking about. I had braces for two years and I remember the power chains! They hurt pretty bad! The best thing that I did was just take some ibuprofen. drinks and stuff dont really help. or at least they didnt for me. thats the best advice I can give you! hope it helps.

Oh my god I had those freaking things. They seriously suck. Usually after having them a few weeks you get used to it and after that it'll just be sore for a few days after having the new ones put on. Just take tylenol or ibuprofen, even though that doesnt really work. (It didnt for me anyways)
