Potty training

Hi, I have a 7 year old who still poops in his pants and is scared to go on the pot and tells me he will never go on the pot. I really need some advice because I dont know what else to do anymore with him.

try encouraging him to use the potty with rewards. set up a system where if he uses the potty everyday he can earn something special that night..like an extra hour of tv or a special treat, if he uses it all week he can earn something super special at the end of the week.
Try using a chart with stars for days that he completed his task and sad faces for days that he did not.

encourag him to go like make him feel happy to go..maybe it hurts him when he goes..give him something to make him happy..talk to him while he goes to keep his mind off of it..then when his done say good job and hug him!

Ok, age 7 is way past the point of normal childhood behavior... Consult a doctor, and you need to deal with his phobia... Find out why he's scared to use the bathroom... and consider consulting a child psychologist...

honestly, it might be a phase too. every kid has them but I completely agree with nl83. I dont think its THAT serious. he's 7, every kid has a phase.
