You do realize that you get some of the calories (and junk) from doing that, right? The food still gets mixed with your saliva and you still swallow some of it, however if you do this with all your food you will miss getting all the nutrients you need and it is the beginning of an eating disorder. Stop doing it, it's not healthy.

I think it possibley could be. Remember eating disorders are not the way to loose weight. A healthy balanced diet is the way forward.
You could really jepordise your health and happyness. Not to mention the stress your family and friends would go through if you were to have an eating disorder. Please dont start!
