No. Ladybugs are not poisonous to humans. However, they can have toxic effects on some animals.

These others are lying beware the deadly insect!
THey have been known to ambush the unwary inflicting serious to fatal wounds.
Kalahari bushmen have been know to avoid these critters and have tales of young children been devoured whole by the "harmless" ladybug.
