Posion ivy.. helpp!!

touching me and now I have it all around my crotch and where my legs meet it. I have it going down my legs. and it is starting to spread up my stomach. I dont know what to do I have been putting calomine lotion on and taking ibuprofen. But it doesnt seem it be helping. I need help and advice!! Quick!!

What I do is; use a blow drier and keep it blowing on the rash for as long as you can stand it. This will serve to kind of dry it up. Then get some topical antihistimine like benadryl, and rub it in good. If the rash starts weeping you may need oral cortisone. Your family doctor can also help.

You should probably go see a doctor if it is spreading, as you might need steroids for it. Though usually they go away on there own, as long as you was them out good with hot water, and don't touch them, as that is how the oil usually spreads.
5 days probably isn't enough for them to go away either.
