What are some popular books that you just don't like? Why not?

I couldn't stand Lord of the Flies.
Not a huge fan of Dan Brown...reading one is like reading them all.
Uh...Danielle Steel?...no thanks...

Yeah, I was going to read the entire LotR trilogy, but I had to stop at The Hobbit.

Read all of Dan Brown's books. True. There's one amusing quotation from Angels and Demons, but that's about it.

Never read Danielle Steel, Stephen King, or Tom Clancy. Probably should read at least one before I make any comments.

Read Nicholas Sparks and felt like crying for a different reason that he intended.
