There isn't really a way to tell. If a finger was in your v*gina, then your hymen is probably torn. We cannot tell you if it tore from your boyfriend or if it was torn before that, however. We also cannot tell you if you bled or not what it happened.

It does not matter though. Hymens don't serve a purpose. So it really does not matter when or how they tear.

If you want to know if your hymen is torn, you can inspect it with a mirror or ask your ob-gyn to take a look. Keep in mind that it serves no purpose though, so it does not matter if it is torn or not. You're still a virgin until you have s*x no matter what state your hymen is in.
