Pop up blocker

I have window vista some how a pop up blocker got installed in my computer now I cant get into some game rooms and I can not receive cam videos from my friends how do I get it out of my computer

If it is a legitimate one it should be removable from the control panel's ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS. And there should be a button that allows pop ups on a given site.
If these are NOT available you may have some type of spyware (similar to a home page hi-jacker).
Run Ad-Aware OR SpyBlaster OR Spybot: Search and Destroy
All three are good have free versions available from
http://download.cnet.com/windows/
You might even have to run a couple of them as spyware is tricky. I run the 1st and the 3rd one a couple times a month. They will get rid of cookies also, if you want.
Then you can put in a good pop-up blocker. I like Google's. You can designate websites at which it will always allow pop-ups PLUS it has a built in spell checker that I use on this site all the time.
