How do I remove vesta pop up blocker

try...on your internet page on the top should b a toolbar that sayz FILE EDIT VIEW and so on and the farther right you go it sayz TOOLS click it and it should open up a list and it should have POP UP BLOCKER then just disable it

When you open up your internet page.. There is a wheel looking thing on the google toolbar.. click on that and then roll the mouse over it and there is a thing that says POP UP BLOCKER click on that. And Disable it.
