How to manage poofy hair?

partay Asked by cinnamon1992 8 months ago, 3 answers.

I have extremely poofy and thick hair that is just below my shoulders. It dries and goes extremely poofy. I want some hair styles that are manageble, quick, and easy to do. Any suggestions??

Is that you in your picture? If so.. your hair is NOT very poofy. But if you really want to do something about it...

Maybe your hair is dry? They make leave-in conditioners that can really help with poofy hair. Also, if you have thick hair but don't want it to poof... grow it out. When I was little I remember having shoulder-length hair that was impossible to deal with. Now it's about elbow-lenth and not NEARLY as poofy. It was also curlier when it was short, but in growing it out.. it created long waves.

Hair straighteners are a good investment, just be sure you also buy a product to keep your hair from being damaged by the extreme heat.

hair straighteners are good, but try not to use them all the time, because then you get split ends, nightmare! and then you have to get your haircut. its not very nice lol.

hope it helps gemma x
