do you think if a guy goes to a prostitute for a blow job, is it considered cheating on his wife, esp if his wife doesn't want to give him one ?

um yea its cheating... and as many freaks (nasty females) is out there why go to a prostitute... if you going to cheat just have the respect for your wife to not bring her back anything or to be with a trashy chick...
