Police?

Me and my girl were kissin (kinda makin out I guess) and a cop tried to stop us!!! I was like f**k that. Do they have any right to try to do that??

I think it depends on where you were kissing.

in the park but no one was there besides us. and we were only makin out

it sucks, but they do, just most cops dont care, you must have found a cop that was having a bad day

cops to day it doesnt matter if your breaking a law or not its all about money if he phisicly pulled you apart you can sue him because its not aginest the law to kiss in publick

if your makin out in a car in a public parkinglot yes they can

It's considered indecent exposure or public display...nobody should have to watch a couple of kids getting it on in public...it's obscene.
