Feedback on my poem?

A Teardrop

A tear drop is some thing to remember
It's a tear of joy
A tear of sadness
Or just a tear of pain
It changes us
In 1 way or another
It sticks with us for life
It some thing that we wont forget
Its just and incredible feeling
Makes us tremble and feel unsafe
Brings back memories
Some that we never want to feel
But it's a form of an expression
Crying is just a characteristic that we all have
Some just break out and let it out
While others keep it in and let it out later
A tear drop means so much
And yet it's such a very small thing
A detail so small
Yet so many notice it
It's a thing of pain
Or maybe joy
Or just pure sign of sadness or stress
Either way a tear drop is a lot
So when you have to cry
Let it out
Because it's just too hard
To keep that kind of a thing
Wrapped inside of you
So just let it out
because a tear could mean so much
To that one person you care about
