Poem.

The temperture's rising.
I know that you knew.
Because I can feel
Your sense burning through.

Others push us along,
But we move at our pace.
We will doubt all we want,
But you still make my heart race.

You know what your smile
Does to...

my mind.
You know all my weaknesses.
None left to find.

Come take me away.
You know my desire.
Yet you leave me alone
To burn in your fire.

The way that you light it*
'Till impossible to tame.
It's waiting for you
To put out the flame.

When the beginning arrives
We will make it last
The flames won't control
And turn us to ash.

For now is not always.
We can't burn forever.
When the heat's finished rising
We'll melt in this together.
