You probably naturally have a fast metabolism so to slow it down don't eat more just eat at farther intervals. You can still eat healthily or what you will normally eat but eat at least 3 hours apart. Your body will think it is starving and will start storing fat. Just be careful you don't go over what you are trying to get to.
