How many lbs would I lose a week?
if I bike rided every day for 30min.
ran outside for 45min.
?? and my diet is good I guess because I am on weight watchers.

I am not sure how many pounds you could loose in a week and no one could accurately tell you. but I would say keep up the good work and you should start loosing lbs quick. I wish you luck!!
