Please someone help me, I dont know if I can take this much longer.

Hey everyone.
I can not stand living like this anymore. My life has to stay hidden and I have to be this... Thing.. That im not. I want to be me, but there are very few people that I know like me. And if I be myself, im risking all that I have. And people will think im insane! I want my friends and family to know the real me, because if they do, it will be safer for them. I go into so many mental breakdowns because of this and the only person keeping me from becoming suicidal is my loving boyfreind. I need to know how to keep living like this because I dont know if I can take it anymore. All I want is to crawl in a dark corner and sit there for the rest of my life.
Please help me if you can.
