How to know if you're being talked about behind your back?

How do you know if your best friend///little sister isnt talkin about you behind you back...and dont say just ask them b/c everyone knows that they would lie if they are talkin about you behind your back b/c they wouldnt want you to know and this is really going to make me mad she is my best friend and I would die with out her and im really upset b/c I need to know if she is talkin about me!!

Honestly, Just the fact that you think that means you can not trust her. Which shows your relationship isnt that strong in the first place.

You already have suspicions, which means you have good reason to think she's talking smack about you already.

Don't ask her, ask people you know and can trust.

honestly, I don't know if someone talks about you they shud have atleast da curage to say it to your face because 2 me just talkn bout someone like that it just bull

um if you hear other people tell you or if you hear it or if you know someone that talks bad stuff about everyone

Yes, she is. In fact I would stake my life on that bet. Thats what girls do at your age. Gossip, and your guilty of it too I'm sure. So just get over it and move on. Honestly do you thing there is even one being in existence that isn't guilty of talking gossip? Aside from Jesus that is.

I don't think theres a way of 100% knowing, its usually pretty obvious though. You can usually tell by their attitude towards you and the way they act around their friends when you are there.
