You may have feeling for him but as far as I can tell he does not feel the same. I am not trying to be mean but he is cheating on both of you!!! You need to get rid of him. How can you ever trust him after this? If you are pregnant then he will be a part of the babies life but that does not mean you have to be with him! So do what is best! Good Luck!
