Stuck and heartbroken

Okay...well there was this guy I liked in school and we started talking..he'd walk me to class and talk to me..well he said he would come in my class today and yesrterday but he didn't come yesterday and today he came at the end of my class..t was so akward when we talked again..Earlier I saw him staring at me...but then he asked out my associate who has been ruining my life!!...Why did he give me this mixed signal??Please help..plus there is this girl who every crush I like..she says she likes them...which isnt fair because she knows I like a guy..but she flirts with him anyways..she's been doing it to all my friends too. who dont like her...and she calls herself my friend?? What to do??Please Im so stuck and heartbroken...and I'm tired of it..io need advice thank you soo much

ps..the guy would wave at me every 3 secs when I was around..smile and sit by me when he had the chance...so I sarted to like him...I THOUGHT it was sweet

ok, first of all, how does this "friend" of yours know all of your crushes? STOP TELLING HER! if she doesn't know about yur crushes, she will leave them alone. I think that he likes you, but this girl isn't your friend. she may be trying to make you miserable. I don't know why he asked out this girl, but I think that he may like you. does he do this to other girls?
