I don't gain weight

please help me I have a problem with my body... I heard many people said to me that I'm beautiful but thin!!!
I eat too much but I really didn't gain weight!!!
what should I do???
I want to become fat .
I luv eating meats , junkfoods deserts except...

vegetables.
sHould I eat vegetables to become fat?
Or do you have a simple tips that I can easy follow to become fat?
please???
my height is 5'4 and I have only 40kg
please help me I need to gain weight

go see a doctor you might have a tapeworm or other parasite that uses energy from your body. if you eat a lot and dont gin weight then that could be the reason why, get a check up and also we dont allow personal emails to be posted.

It could also be a really high metabolism or thyroid problem, either way it does need to be checked out by a doctor if you are concerned about it.

Lower your metabolism by eating the same time each day, every day, eating the same amount. your metabolism will sort of get bored with it, and lower. If you always eat at different times, and have a lot of cals one day, and not as many the next day, your metabolism will get higher.

Hi, you probably have a fast metabolism, but it would be better if you could see a doctor to rule out any other problems. Also if you want to regulate your metabolism, you need to eat healthy (no junk food and cutting out sugar) as well as excercise regularly.

Also I see that you are still only 14 and if you haven't had your period yet, this could be quite normal. Many young girls seem underweight untill they get their periods where as their weight regulates.
