ok here it gos, I meet this guy in sumter and we hit it off he came down on the 3 then on the 4 he meet dad since then it had been different he told me he would call me but he never did and he still haven't called so is it over or what

It sounds like he is not interested in you. If he was he would have called or had some kind of contact by now.
Move on, and find someone new. There's no need to wait around on any man.

Call him and if he doesnt pick up leave a message saying...I havnt heard from you I hope your okay and if you are then why are you ignoring me? I need to know if you and I are over or if you still care? if you want it to be over then atleast keep in touch so we can be friends.
then when hanging up take the phone away from your mouth to your chest and say I love you (so he can barly hear it) lol
and if it's over then find a new guy...one that will be man enough to be there for you, protect you, love you, defend you, talk to you, be strong for you, and most of all honest with you.
