I slept with my best friends ex boyfriend when they were together! thats been my best friend since 6th grade and I love her deeply and now her ex is telling everyone that we had sex and im denying it, but I feel so guilty inside. she believes me and shes like I would never chose a boy over you and Like I have no idea of what to do. I dont want to loose her, shes always been there for me, and I never thought I would hurt her like that...or back stab her..please help me out..im really confused of what I should do. I dont want to end up loosing my real friend over a guy

If you didn't want to hurt her in the first place... Why would you sleep with her ex!? The only thing you can really do is tell her the truth. Tell her your sorry and you love her and you would never do anything to hurt her but it kind of just happened. Yeah she will be mad, give her time to get over it. Apologize everyday, over and over. Tell her the truth. Tell her that it was in a moment of weakness and that you've regretted it ever since. Ask her not to hate you and to try to forgive you.
