If you didn't want to hurt her in the first place... Why would you sleep with her ex!? The only thing you can really do is tell her the truth. Tell her your sorry and you love her and you would never do anything to hurt her but it kind of just happened. Yeah she will be mad, give her time to get over it. Apologize everyday, over and over.
