Where to get help for my scoliosis?

Ok so I have scoliosist and they check it out at the bigging of the year..and I have it since the bigging of the year and my mom still hasnt made me go get it checked and she doesnt know how bad it hurts and she doesnt know where to go get it checked out do any of yall know?? please help me my back hurts so much

Have her call or see the Family Doctor for assistance...hope you feel better real soon !!
