Well it is def possible to loose weight! But I am pretty damn sure that you can't exactly control were you want to loose the weight. My guess is that when you start to loose weight..the fat that you loose is out of your stomach. Your boobs or butt probably won't change that much but yeah they deff will get smaller a LITTLE. But that should NOT change your mind in loosing weight. Loosing weight and being an average weight is healthy and better for you. I suggest you start off by running every other day for 10 minutes. if that is too much go down to 5 minutes. After the first week and you can increase how long you run. Keep in mind that the run should be a reasonable pace: not sprinting but not walking..a jog. After lets say a month start doing crunches and pushups and other stuff. AND don't forget to eat healthy. Eat more meals but less much less of it. Tiny healthy snacks throughout the day. this should fasten up you matabolism. Also eat a lot of fiber. I hope this helps!! good luck..and don't feel depressed I bet your beautiful just the way you are anyway. And if this weight losing takes a while don't get discouraged its all worth it in the end!!
your best bet is to make sure you eat breakfast.
like oatmeal or something.
cause if you don't eat breakfast you gain more weight.
honestly, I HATE running.
but I had to do it for cheerleading.
but just taking walks is better than running cause you're using your muscles.
eat healthy.
and set a goal of how many calories you want to eat a day.
& don't eat anything later than 8 pm.

please help me I am so depressed I cant loose my fat belly,love handles,wobbley under arms and those discusting fat wings you get on your back I just want to loose weigt butt not my butt or my boobs is it possible?
