k me and my girlfiend have been together for about 11 mnthes almost now and we both love each other to death..the only thing that bothers me about her is that when I asked her to have s*x with me she said "its not like I dont want to, its just that I dont think im ready for it yet" I asked her friends what does she mean by it..I dont hate her at all and I hope she doesnt think im going to leave her even after the s*x..then like a week ago she said she'd b ok if I gave her an*l s*x..but after what I've read on this site most of the girls said it hurts the first time and its not recommended..so if anyone has an answer to my question please help me out!!

the first time does hurt, but thats only when hymen tears, after a few days it heals it wont hurt her anymore. The best protection for her to not get pregnant is depo-provera (a shot), she can probably get that at a clinic, depending on where you live, and for you to use a condom.

People are just ready for different things at different times. If she does not feel ready for that yet, you can't rush her.
