Where is my period?

I need to start my period its been about 5 months since I have gotten it. What do I do and what is it caused from that im not getting my period? I know im not pregnant.. and I get cramps as if im starting my period and stuff.. I need help! What should I do? I hate going to doctors and I wont go.

Sometimes, periods don't come because of excessive stress or a change in diet. However, it could be a more serious problem. According to http://www.noperiod...., missing periods often may be a sign of cancer.

If you won't go to the doctor, I suggest you at least call. If money is an issue, try a local clinic.
