How do I get emancipated?

my dad and my step mom got divorced and she had adopted me before the divorce can she boss me around now she wants me out of the house because we have not been getting along I was wondering HOW DO I GET EMANCIPATED so I can leave and she can't send me off cause im putting my sister as payee over my ssi check and it will make my step mom mad so I need to get emancipated before I can get my ssi check please help me

go to the court house and talk to them about it and you have to prove to them that your stable and you can make it on your own.

- Have a job
- Live in home or apartment
- pay bills
