Please help I need info on the bases

ok heres the deal im 13 and my girlfriend is 13 aswell we have been going out for about 3 months and we've made out and stuff but nothing further. ok when I was young I really didnt learn about the relationship bases because I act older that I am every body just assumed that I already knew. a few weeks a go my g/f was explaning the bases to me. I wasnt really paying attention because I was thinking about kissing her. so because I didnt pay attention I still dont no much about the bases can somebody please explain this for me before I embarres my self.

First Base:
This was almost always kissing, sometimes it was tongue kissing and sometimes not.

Second Base:
Variously this meant tongue kissing, breast feeling, or outside the clothes genital contact.

Third Base:
Usually this was a hand down the pants of you or your partner.

Home Run:
This was ALWAYS sex.

1st base- kissing
2nd base- fingering or hand job
