Weird ball disease

Ok so I think I have some disease, on my left nut there is like a wormish thing inside there and it feels attached to my ball. it doesnt hurt at all unless I get hit there but why wouldnt it? im a guy so yea, what do you guys think this is? and how long do I have before it could possibly be fatal or whatever?

You are probably feeling the tubing that takes the spermatozoa from the testes to the storage 'tanks' where it is kept until ejaculation.

hmmm...well that's something interesting...I'd contact your docter...see what he thinks...
