does anyone have a sony ericsson c510?

I've got a sony ericsson c510 and it comes up on my screen when I turn it on it says configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre. Can someone please help me it wont go away x

There is a problem with your software inside your phone so you should contact the place you got your phone from.
It most likely won't go away until the store sees the phone or replaces yours.

First thing you want to try is updating the phones software. This is a free download from sonyericsson.com.

If this does not help you will want to contact customer care in your region for warranty options.
