If it were possible to lose 30 - 50 lbs in two months you would gain it all back-- trust me! If you were to start eating healthy I.e. cut out white bread, white rice and lower your sugar and fat intake, you would see and feel a difference. Do a little cardio a couple times a week and work your arms,legs and back with some dumbbells 3 times a week. Try some crunches too. I'm sorry I don't have a quick fix for you, but in the long run this is what will keep the weight off. And keep you healthy!

For your chest do the weights!
ok first of all be happy that your a size D cup and only 16 , most girls aren't as lucky as you and trying to lose that much weight in just two months wouldn't be healthy for u ,but to lose weight just make sure you eat less calories than you burn so you lose those extra pounds you don't want and eat healthy, but please try not to develop any eating disorders
Ohk, I can sympathise with you here, but I dont necessarily think the chest is the first thing to go... also, losing that much weight in two months is nearlly impossible, even if you starved your body would go into starvation mode and start conserving the fat that it does have... which really doesnt help when you start eating again...
I personally hate exercise, so again I can sympathize with you, but it really is the only way to lose weight fast... that and cutting down calories..
LOL the olny way that would happen is to get your stapels and lypo suction

Well sweetie I must say that you have waited too long to try to lose that much weight in this short amount of time. Why did you wait until now? You would have to lose 5 lbs a week. Which is unhealthy. But try this...go for a healthy 2lbs a week and see where that takes you. You may not be where you want to be but you will be close to it and who knows maybe you'll look even better 16lbs lighter. Also to accomplish this. Drink your 8-8oz glass of water a day. Sacrafice the things that wont help you lose weight. And also. S.C.A.W atleast 4 times out of the week: Stretch-Cardio-Aerobic-Walk. If not all, do work atleast 2 into your daily routine. And when you think about food, Think Out Loud. And WALK away from it.

How can I lose 30-50 pounds in 2 months??
I know it a big goal.. But my cup size is now a DD and im only 16 and is almost a E. Im mostly wanting to lose my chest area and they say that is what you lose 1st. Im not 100 % satisfied with my stomach area either and I would for once love to enjoy the summer trips to the lake..without having to leave all my clothes on without being self-concious! Please Help..
