How much do you weigh and what is your height. becasue if your like four, something and weigh 140, its not bad its ust not real healthy. See im only five feet tall and I weighed 140 and my doc told me I needed to lose weght. So from then on I would get up jog for like a half hour evey morning and the maybe ride a bike with my sis and just eat healthy. those are the key points. Eat healthy and excersize. My doc also told me that you lose tummy weight faster then you lose like leg fat and lower body stuff. Messsage me how old you are how much you weigh and your height. I can help 
Losing weight isn't about quick fixes...it's about a life style... diet (whole grains) and exercise...decide to do it and start somewhere...take walks, floor stretches...swim...you will soon feel better about yourself...you need to make that decision...believe me once you start something and keep doing it like walks you won't want to stop...because you will soon look better...
I think first you should work on your confidence because you could lose weight and still feel awful so I suggest work on you ( the inside) then focus on the outside like when you when you wake up every morning say iam the most sexyest person I know and then once you say you will believe it and then after you develop your confidence and you still feel like you want to lose weight then you do it(safely) and start living life the way you want and the way you should be looking...:-)
ok im 13 and I have the same problem I look in the mirror and I dont feel pretty some days and the next im like perfectly fine with myself. theres this thing you can get to download for your computer it counts your calories and you enter your weight height and stuff like that and it tells you how much calories you can have depending on your info. its actually quite fun. if you count your caloreis. and eat healthy food like salad carrots fruits veggies thats all extremly good for you snd drink TONS of water. and I bet you are a beautiful girl. dont ever let anyone bring you down ik when your in the mall or going out to eat or w.e you always see those stick skinny girls that are gorgous. but god made us all in are own special unique way. and DONT ever let a guy bring you down and tell you you arent pretty there just asses that are missing out on something I hope I helped =]

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

Im so un confident I cry myself to sleep every night I no if I dont loose weight im gunna do harm to myself I no that sounds wierd but I no something bad is gunna happen if I dont loose weight fast I would rather die than look like this I cant stand...
