So I'm 16 I'm about to be 17 on November, though, my boyfriend turned 22 a week ago...
I really want to move with him but I'm afraid he will get arrested if the police find me out my state with him sicne he had some legal issues before.. weve been dating for two years aleady and my dad and mom knew about, I had two abortions and since this happened they stopped wantin me together with him.. they say if I leave they will call the cops and I'm going to be taken away, They're divorced, live in different states and my boyfriend is so far away from me right now so this makes everything even harder because we cant see each other anymore. I really want to move with him now.. But im scared.. please help.

Different states have different laws regarding the majority age and statutory rape so check the laws in your state before you do anything.

what's the big deal about this guy?? if he really loves you then he'll wait for you..A year is not that long to wait. Your parents love you and who's to say this will be the same guy you are with 13 years from now. I know this isn't the answer you wanted to hear but I just hate it would teens are all like boy crazy and the parents that fed them and clothed them dont matter any more. I know what im talking about im in the mid twenties..so not that far from being a teen..if he's worth having, he's worth waiting for.

I was in the same situation. My best advice is to wait until you are 18 befor eyou do anything. it's a long time yes I now but its the best thing to do for him and for yourself. once you are 18 then your oki

You'll have to check your state's laws.

Honestly, it might not be the answer you want, but I would say just ditch the guy. When a 22 year old has enough in common with a 16 year old to have a relationship, that's usually a sign that something isn't quite right with the 22 year old.

Also, if you have had two abortions already, it sounds like you two aren't being safe at all. At his age, he really should know better.
