What if my secret is out?

A really embarrassing thing happened to me a little while ago, and I didn't think anyone knew about it. But I think someone frm my school might have found out and if it gets spread around school I will lose what little confidence I still have. I really can't deal with any more stress at the moment, has anyone got any advice for me???

yer dont worry about what people say and dont let it damage your cofidence if it does get out spend time rebuilding your social life and make sure your friends arnt laughing at you behind your back

Well ... kids are evil and if its hysterical like you mas*urbat*ng to a teachers picture all you can do is laugh with them and change schools otherwise try talking to that person and sniff it out its easy to tell if someone is talking smack on you when you confront them and go see a counselor

don't bring it up and try not to talk about let the hype go down and it will eventually blow over...trust me I had some pretty emabarrassing things get out...

just tel people before they find out 4 them selfs because that will make it worse

I have had some f*cked up and embarrasing stuff happen to me, I still came out on top though. A big mistake a lot of people make is caring about what other people think about them to much. Keep your friends close and they are the only ones that matter, and they shouldn't think any less of you if they find out . Or you can go the political style, Deny, deny, deny.
