You can safely lose up to 2 pounds per day...if you're seriously obese, and you do TONS of stuff (exercise, and change your diet, etc)...however, if you're only mildly overweight, then you should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week from a change in diet...more than that, and I think they're probably not eating enough which will cause some serious health issues.

Is there such thing as real fast and healthy weightloss?
A friend of mine gave up meats and started eating lots of fruits and veggies and things like beans nuts and seeds. So she's losing a lot of weight I means is been like 2-3 weeks and you can...
really see he looking skinny!
