Playstation network account won't work

why wont my account work. I am new and am trying to make a new account on the playstation netowork but it always says the combination of sighin id and password is incorrect...what do I do??

Hi My Name Is Leonardo Arroyo. My Network Does Not Want To Work Cause My Friend Was Playing A Game Online Mk Vs D.c Universe My Older Brother Shut Off The PS3 So When My Friend Got Back On It He Told Me Everything But Still Don`t Want Work At All Me And My Friend tried To Solve The Problem And It Is The Password We Forgot It. Can You Please Help Me What To Do

just go to the website and retrieve your password. you have to make sure your date of birth is so your over 18 years old. so you just gotta lie about that.
