It depends on how far along you are in your pregnancy. I had an anterior placenta with a posterior tilted uterus- no problems except for back pain mid-pregnancy (who doesn't??)... Delivery was fine. What yours means is that the baby's placenta is on the back side of the uterus, but isn't towards the bottom that's just fine. 
You don't want it low-lying. It's simply where the baby implanted on the uterus when he or she was itty-bitty. I'm not sure- but if I remember correctly (it's been a year or so now...) a Grade 1 simply means it's what it should be for the first trimester... Please don't take that as fact though.
Here's what you need to know- if there is a problem of any type, your doctor will call you. Don't stress. :D But sounds like you're just fine!
