Pink hair

Ok im 16 with naturally blonde hair, its not like really light, but still prettyyy light. Andd I want to get pink/red tips. Soo first, would pink or light red be the right color for me? Andd do I need to bleach the ends before I dye them or will my natural color be light enough?

If its visibly blonde then you're good to go.
Chose whichever you want - both pink & red fade really fast just to let you know.

They look good but its just how fast they fade that kind of sucks.

your blonde hair will be fine
theres no need to damage it with bleaching
and yep, fake hair colours do fade fast, unless its the good stuff like manic panic
grab some cheaper stuff and try it out on the ends of your hair
that way if you dont like the colour you could cut it off
