How can i remove pimples?

I have pimples on my face and now they don't go away. So how can they be removed from my face?

Okay, my boyfriend had pimples on his face.
So his mother took him to the doctor and they prescribed him a perscription of medicine.
Trust me it worked.
His face has maybe 1 pimple now.
But 1 is better than a bunch, right?
