There's a little spoon you can buy that has a hole in it for removing the puss in pimples easily but it will still ooze a little and leave a mark..
SO... solution is if it has a head... get the puss out however you can (fingers, or pimple removing device/solution) then use makeup to cover the redness after it finishes oozing.
