How can I avoid and get rid of pimples?

I got a scab from a pimple and I realized that underneath it another pimple was there with a white center. How can I avoid or help this?

Lovely... not. But I recognise the problem, it is pretty common. I think that, so long as you just have the occasional pimple, instead of full-blown acne, you should buy some kind of spot-treatment product like 'Clean and Clear's 'Advantage Quick Clear Spot Treatment Gel'. You just dab it on the spot when it appears and it clears up much quicker.
