No pills. That is the answer. There is no such thing as a quick fix for weight with out some heavy consequences. If you value your body enough to get into shape, value it enough to lose weight in a healthy way- through diet and excersize.
Diet pills really are bad for you. They can damage your kidneys and liver to the point where the stop functioning. Some diet pills can also stop your heart. That's why very few are ever approved by the FDA (an organization which regulates food and drugs to make sure that things are safe) Just eat healthy and exercise, seriously I know everyone says it, but it really does work.
