Pill, sex, and blood :|

Ok well I've been on the pill for nearly 2 weeks now,
and I lost my virginity a few months ago,
the other night I was with my boyfriend and we were doing the foreplay, all was great, then he noticed blood on his finger, we were both really scared, and...

decided its best off leaving the sex for that night. we both think that maybe my 'cherry popped' but wouldnt it have popped when we had sex?
im really confused and scared, im not bleeding now, it was just at the time and abit after but not like period blood or anything. he looked it up and said he thinks that when a girls on the pill you can bleed abit but go to the doctor if its in the second month of being on the pill, so im ok. but I think its the 'cherry popping thing' because I dont bleed naturally without the foreplay.
advice please?

I doubt it was your cherry since you have already had sex. Most likely it was because of you just starting the pill - a lot of young girls have break through bleeding the first month or two when they start the pill while your body is adjusting to you.
