effective pilates moves?

can someone give me a list on sum effective pilates moves (mostly focusing on abs my tummy and waistline) along with the way you do it lol thankx lots! sorta write it like this : ex -sit ups-lay flat on floor with legs bent then pull self forward to...

I enjoy doing the v sit. you lay on back with arms up and legs atraight and than go in to a v position hold for 5 seconds and do it about 6 times.
